Can I get a health fund receipt?

Yes. We can provide a receipt for certain treatments in accordance with the regulations.

Do you have male and female therapists?

Yes.

Do you have insurance and appropriate checks?

Every AMM team member has met our strict recruitment requirements and is appropriately qualified, trained, insured, checked and professional.

What experience do you have?

We have been in business since 2004 and are specialists in mobile massage for the aged care sector.

How can I pay for the service?

You can pay by EFT using our bank details which are provided on each invoice.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes. Please contact us to arrange this.

Do you work on the weekend or after hours?

Most of our clients are massaged between Monday and Friday from 9am to 5pm. We can offer appointments after 5pm and up to 7pm, and on Saturdays, by appointment only. We have Sundays off.

Can I arrange a massage for my parents?

Yes. We can help you to book a treatment for someone else. We have many Melbourne clients with family elsewhere.

What is the minimum booking?

One hour.

Do you visit care facilities?

Yes. We massage at a number of nursing homes and care facilities.

What do you bring for the massage?

We provide everything: table, towels & oil.

What if the person cannot get onto a table?

We always tailor the massage for the client and work with them. Oftentimes, a table isn’t required and a seated massage is the better option.

Do you treat injuries?

Yes. Our team is fully qualified to assess, prepare and deliver a treatment plan for a specific condition or injury.

How do you assess clients?

We take the time to learn the client’s history and condition before any treatment by completing a Health Assessment form.

Do I need a doctor’s clearance before a massage?

Not usually, but if you are concerned about a certain health condition, it is probably best to consult your GP first.

How does the corporate massage work?

We will visit you with our corporate massage chairs and provide 10 to 15 minutes head, neck and shoulder massages for the staff. We can tailor a visit to suit your business or event.
